How's your prayer life?

Have you ever prayed to God with just one word, “Help"?
A Christian prayer is simply:

√ Conversing with God
√ Talking to Him
√ Listening to Him
√ And being still in His presence.
We have the freedom to share our thoughts and hopes...our feelings, doubts, problems, and joys. Prayer brings life to our relationship with God.
In these bible verses God teaches us about prayer. They provide our Christian life with encouragement that our prayers are not only being heard...but on their way to being answered! 


Proverbs 21:13
13 If a man shuts his ears to the cry of the poor, he too will cry out and not be answered.

Psalm 46:10
10 "Be still, and know that I am God.."

Matthew 6:6
6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Matthew 7:7-11
7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. 9 "Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!

Matthew 18:19-20
19 "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. 20For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

22 If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."

Hebrews 4:16

James 1:5-6

James 4:2
