Day 24
Changed by the Truth
Changed by the Truth
Matthew 4:4
Spiritual growth is the process of replacing lies with truth.Spirit of God uses the Word of God to make us similar to the Son of God.
In everyday life, staying in the Word of God includes 3 activities:
1. Accepting the authority of the Word of God. The Bible must always be a determinant in my life. The most important decision you can make now is to define what would constitute the ultimate authority for your life.
2. Accepting the truth of the Word of God. Many people who believe the Bible states "from beginning to end" but have never read it from beginning to end. Reading the Bible every day will make you stay within reach of the voice of God.
3. Applying its principles. The best way to become a "doer of the Word" is to always write the action steps as a result of reading or experience or your contemplation of the Word of God. The Bible is not given to increase our knowledge but to change our lives.

Point to ponder: Truth changed me.
Verse to memorize: "If you abide in My word, you are truly my disciples, and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." John 8:31-32
Questions to consider: What is God says to me in His Word, but I do not start?
