Thinking As A Servant or maid
Numbers 14:24
True servants serve God with a viewpoint which contains 5 attitude:
1. Think of others more than themselves.
2. Think like stewards, not owners.
3. Thinking about their work, not what other people did.
4. Basing their identity in Christ.
5. Think of service as an opportunity, not an obligation.
The closer you are to him, the less you need to promote yourself.
Point to ponder: To be a servant I must think as a maid.
Verse to memorize: "Let your soul like Jesus Christ." Philippians 2:5 (NIV)
Question for thought: Do I usually prefer to be served or finding ways to serve others?
