Formed to be the Family of God
Hebrews 2:10a
God wanted a family, and He created you to be a part in it.
Benefits of being part of the Family of God:As children of God we begin to get a share of family property (inheritance).Heritage includes:
1. We will be with God forever.
2. We will be changed completely to become like Christ.
3. We will be freed from all pain, death and suffering.
4. We will be rewarded and reassigned in the ministry.
5. We will get a share in the glory of God.
You are a spiritual family is even more important than your physical family because the family spirit will last forever.Included in the family of God is the highest honor and greatest isimewa rights that you can receive.
Point to ponder: I set up for the Family of God.
Verse to memorize: "His plan was never changed from the beginning is to lift us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ." Ephesians 1:5a (NLT)
Question for thought: How can I start treating other believers like members of my own family?
